We can manufacture any quantity required, from a single vac forming to a large continuous production run or contracts for long term production. If you have an ongoing requirement over a specified time, we can setup a scheduled call off, or have a guaranteed stock holding quantity ready to deliver your product exactly when you need it.

At Focal Plastics we will work with you to develop your new product, taking a project brief we will produce an initial 3D CAD design giving a complete virtual representation. The design can be amended to suit until approved, we then manufacture the resin sample tool to make the first off prototype vacuum forming for final approval, before we manufacture the production tooling.
